Happy Birthday To Me.

i'm blogging. no idea why. anyway, today was pleasant. ha. pleasant. since when have i used that word to describe anything? anyway. today was pleasant.

- elf. who called me exactly at 12 midnight to wish me happy birthday all the way from... well, wherever she's from. and farhann. it took much effort for me to pick up the call. was dead tired. but it was worth it. =)
- row! for the pretty little notebook. =) it's so pretty that i have no idea what to use it for.
- sri. for dragging me away to allow my class to 'surprise' me with a card. only to return me to my class too early. i like audrey's scream though =) that was hilarious.
- spencer. this was totally awesome! and unexpected. =) so he stopped the lecture to sing m a birthday song. how cool is that!
- chan and vincent. for practically shouting the birthday song. in school, outside school, and at the mrt station. erm.. yah.. thanks guys.
- 217 girls. love ya all darlings! muacks! and the bag was pretty too! and the necklace! =)
- myself. since i bought myself presents. some weird tradition. but yeah. it's fulfilling for me. so yay! i love myself. =)
- and my parents. of course. =)
- ed. who remembered from down under =) and who still calls me by that name. as always. =)

so i achieved my aim. which was not to celebrate my birthday. =) birthday wishes and presents don't count =) but i didn't go out, besides family. and things were pretty quiet. so i got what i wanted. yup.

yup. i got what i wanted. what i have said countless of times that i wanted. yups.

so on my 18th birthday, it was quiet.

unusual. but. wells. today was pleasant. =) it really was.
